CHRISTAN FARM – HOME OF OUR SHEEP

In the early days it was mixed breeds for colour and merino. At present we now stock mostly pure breed Corriedale Sheep from the Ray Eaton breeding lines with various colours of light fawn to chocolate, white and light grey to steel black, and crimp of the fine high frequency to the broader low frequency styles. We also keep a small number of merino for the finer wool.
LAMBING SEASON
On CHRISTAN Farm, lambing usually starts at the end of April through to the beginning of June.
